Sunday Funday

Happy Saint Patrick's day!

Instead of going to the bar and throwing a few back I decided to embrace my inner foodie and experiment in the kitchen. Besides photography, my main love is and forever will be food. I love creating healthy (and delicious) alternatives to heavier dishes. 

Today I attempted my first try at Vanilla Coconut Macaroons and I succeeded! These macroons are organic, gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free and AMAZING. Simple ingredients include: almond flour, unsweetened coconut, raw honey, vanilla, and coconut oil... THATS IT!

Talk about simple!



and then just when you thought it couldn't get any better... topped with dark chocolate :)
